- Design a set of handheld positioning terminal that complies with RoLa communication specifications, with Bluetooth and solar charging functions, which is suitable for outdoor emergency rescue scenarios.
- Develop application software apps in line with the framework of IOS and Android systems.
- Form a series of technical documents, such as communication protocol specifications, patented technologies, training documents, instruction manuals, test documents, etc..
- Establish a data operation and maintenance center in Hong Kong.
- Assist Hong Kong government in system evaluation, network optimization and construction, and operation and maintenance promotion.
