- In this scheme, the integrated monitoring and pre-warning system of tunnel infrastructure is constructed, and the tunnel health management system is established by combining intelligent detection with intelligent pre-warning of tunnel.
- 3D laser scanning technology, high-resolution image acquisition technology, integrated navigation and positioning technology, 5G loT and other technologies are integrated to collect the original data containing location and time information.
- Deep learning, traditional computer vision technology and environment perception technology are combined to realize intelligent detection of tunnel apparent disease and specific equipment state.
- Research point cloud data rapid acquisition and processing technology to establish tunnel 3D point cloud model. Use digital twin technology to further mine data results.
- The tunnel diseases and anomalies detection data platform was established, and the development trend of the disease was accurately determined and the overall deformation of the tunnel was monitored through multi-stage measurement.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- he multi sensor system is carried on the train with speed of 80km / h to collect the original data of high resolution and high quality tunnel appearance image including position and time information.
- Computer vision technology is used to realize automatic detection of tunnel damage and spalling, water leakage, cracks, power cable support and specific equipment and facilities.
- The 3D point cloud model of tunnel is quickly established by laser 3D scanning technology, and the data results of tunnel clearance analysis and limit analysis are mined by digital twins technology.
- The tunnel infrastructure equipment monitoring data management platform is established to realize cloud browse of tunnel intelligent detection data results and 3d visualization of data results.
- According to the data results of system detection, it provides reasonable automatic warning for tunnel health monitoring and provides guidance and suggestions for tunnel maintenance.
