Robotic Perception System for Continuous Tunnel Condition Monitoring for Hong Kong Project
(REF : S-1167)
|
Trial Project |
|
Solution Feature |
- Detection will not run into motion blur issue even for speed up to 120km/h
- Detection works in any lighting condition
- Detection is not affected by dust and fog in railway tunnel
- The detection system is eye safe, as Infrared Lasers are not visible to naked eye, thus suitable for passenger train
- Past track record with the AI-based system applied to detection of water seepage, concrete spalling, crack, loose fallen object
|
Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Hardware design and compliance to railways standard of electrical, vibration, electronic and cybersecurity
- Thorough sensor calibration and hardware tuning with train operator input
- Daily train operation data collection and QC pipeline with operator in the loop
- Ground validation and accuracy assessment of anomalies detected (crack, deflection) by stakeholder / third party
- On-site support and further customization for operational integration with O&M teams
