Trial Application and Expected Outcome	Develop 10 auto samplers, the sampler will have NB-IOT based communication system, auto sewage sampling system, and fault detection system Conduct on-side trial in manholes for optimization Equipping the sampler with the NB-IoT technology Setting up a Web Interface Platform for parameter setting and real-time monitoring Equipping the sampler with fault detection, including clogging alert, low battery alert, and sampling complete alert
