| Solution Feature |
- Realize the digitization of the operation parameters among the CRBs including: (1). Condition of automatic door, display panel, battery and refuse compactor (2). Bin level detection etc.;
- Transmit all data collected from CRBs to the government GWIN software platform through NBIoT, LoRaWAN and/or 4G, whichever and wherever is appropriate in terms of deployment and operating costs, effectiveness, maintenance and sustainability;
- Receive/store/message/present/facilitate analysis of all collected data through the Government GWIN platform in order to enhance the management and maintenance of CRBs;
- Send alert notifications to the supplier of CRBs and predefined stakeholders of the RMS regarding the conditions of CRBs, e.g. fully filled, malfunctional, low battery, abnormal signal, etc.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Maintain close liaison with different stakeholders and suppliers for developing a most appropriate and cost-effective solutions
- Connect different interfaces of different devices in CRBs plus adding necessary IoT sensors
- Add IoT gateways nearby to ensure network coverage, if appropriate
- Develop system applications and data platforms, and develop interfaces for data exchange with Government IoT platforms
- Develop real time management system facilitating formulation of responsive actions for different management purposes
