Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • Achieve data correlation among vehicle models, types and frequency of maintenance activities, replacement of spare parts
  • Employ just-in-time (JIT) procurement strategy to improve the inventory turnover rate and minimize the inventory hoarding in the warehouse.
  • Avoid shortage of spare parts to repair the vehicles.
  • Enhance the operation efficiency on spare parts procurement and planning by forecasting the demands of different spare parts.
  • Develop an ever-improving prediction model.
