| Solution Feature |
- The surface board is is manufactured via an environmentally friendly, patented process that consumes very little energy and emits close to zero carbon emissions.
- The insulation material is made from organic leftover palm fibre and other inorganic waste and recycled materials like minerals and slag which are combined with a geopolymerisation process.
- The product is a lightweight extendable prefabricated wall panel system in 600mm x 1200mm standard size while customisable as it can be cut and shaped to fit structure requirements.
- Both surface board and insulation materials are non-combustible with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, non-toxic and free from formaldehyde.
- High strength system and strong enough to support the hanging of objects, including cabinets.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Install the Ultra-lightweight Wall Panel System with thickness of about 150mm. With the height of 7.5m from the ground for a total area of at least 200sqm in the premises.
- The modular wall system will be produced and pre-fabricated at the factory and sent to Hong Kong for onsite installation.
- The total manpower and installation time will be saved around 50% and no wet trade and pollution onsite.
- The wall panel will be fire rated for at least 2-hour, and with acoustic insulation performance at or above 42 dB.
- According to the Heavy Duty Grade requirements as specified in BS 5234 Part 2, the system is tested for strength and capability of supporting the hanging of objects.
