| Solution Feature |
- Wireless Condition Monitoring (CdM) system is a smart sensing system for the health condition of MVAC equipment or any rotating machinery.
- Integration of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategy, the concept of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and medicine, machines’ health condition data will be collected, analyzed by the system and send the real-time condition / warning signals via LoRa WAN.
- Maintenance cost can be reduced while plants' asset reliability can be increased by setting up early-stage fault detection algorithm and alarm triggering program based on the predetermined vibration criteria or historical data collected.
- Machines running with faults generate abnormal noise and vibration. By detecting the vibration level and frequency of the vibration, machine fault(s) and severity can be identified such that appropriate maintenance actions can be taken.
- This system is easy for deployment to provide continuous monitoring on machine vibration, temperature, motor 3-phase current amperage, shaft rotating speed or any other condition indicators which is an ideal plant PdM solution.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Wireless tri-axial vibration sensors will be attached on the bearing locations of designated machines by strong magnets or adhesive mounting bases.
- Wireless current amperage sensors with non-intrusive type clamp meters will be also installed at the motors' 3-phase electrical input.
- One-off site baseline vibration test, data analysis and fault diagnosis (if any) for the machines.
- Provide delivery to, installation and debugging on site.
- Provide software, regular review of vibration alarm triggering levels and data analysis. The data collected can be used for future development on A.I., machine learning and vibration pattern recognition.
