Solution Feature
  • Connect a water flow measurement device to LoRa node, which collect the measured readings and periodically upload to server through LoRaWAN.
  • Connect a water level measurement device to LoRa node, which collect the measured readings and periodically upload to server through LoRaWAN.
  • Install a camera to capture time-lapse video and upload through LoRa/NB-IOT DTU (data terminal unit)
  • Monitor voltage, temperature, humidity of power supply and broadcast the health of power system through LoRaWAN
  • voltage, temperature, humidity, etc will be monitored to ensure the health of LoRa gateway.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • Define the frequency of different measurements, parameters of self monitoring.
  • Analog to Digital converter measurement reading to LoRa node if needed.
  • Renewable energy power supply may have different sensitive compoents to be monitored.
  • Range of end device to LoRa gateway largely depend on environment
