  • Through the self-developed mobile robot platform and the key technology of automatic acquisition temperature measurement, the problem of integrated design of temperature measurement patrol robot operating system and realization of patrol ability is solved.
  • Through infrared thermal imaging technology and face image AI recognition technology, it can effectively eliminate the interference of non-human high temperature heat source;
  • For the screened high-temperature personnel, take the initiative to alarm and upload the data to the cloud platform for big data analysis.
  • The robot can achieve autonomous navigation and task execution in the complex environment (scene with dense human flow).
  • Through the information interaction technology of temperature measurement patrol robot based on cloud platform, the functions of robot data storage, analysis, visual management and robot information interaction are realized.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • Infrared temperature measurement: support non-contact accurate temperature measurement for ten people within 5 meters at the same time; the accuracy can reach ± 0.5 °
  • Identify whether the past personnel wear masks; support the real-time monitoring and identification of HD video of ten people at the same time.
  • Under the visible light camera, the face and the area temperature of the face are marked dynamiclly, and the high-temperature face is highlighted and the front-end and back-end alarms are given.
  • With the help of 3D laser navigation, RTK and other integrated navigation methods, and ultrasonic technology, the robot can achieve the functions of autonomous navigation and autonomous obstacle avoidance in complex environment.
  • The functions of robot data are cloud storage, structural analysis, visual management and robot information interaction; support independent prompting of epidemic situation, support remote dialogue, support mobile broadcast and publicity of epidemic situation.
