| Solution Feature |
- Using a Robot and controlling system to build the moving part.
- An industrial PC is installed inside the robot as the main controller and one main server is in the control room.
- A 3D industrial camera (HIK Vision) for 3D image inspection and distance measurement. Another 2D colour camera is for real time display.
- A FLIR Thermal Imaging Camera is installed for temperature measurement with +/-0.2degree C resolution
- Software is developed with Machine Vision library.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Robot path setup and test for storing more than 10 paths
- Measure human temperature and compare with thermometer
- Try if the robot can avoid or stop in front of the obstacle
- According to the preset temperature, it can find the over temperature locations and issue an alarm
- The server in the control room is for robot real time monitoring, including the captured images and real-time location, and also receiving alarms.
