| Solution Feature |
- The robot will be located in center, and welding materials will be champed on the fixture with worker on both sides ( or three sides).
- The robot will automatically weld the product on the fixture.
- Vision system will installed on the gripper to check the welding position is completed or not.
- If welding is incomplete, the robot will be stop and the system issue alarm to notify worker to take action.
- After welding and inspection for prodects, system will notify worker to replace the materials. As 1-5 cycle production.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Robot replace welding work for workers.
- Welding inspedtion will be inspect the welding quality simultaneously.
- Worker only need to fix the materials on the fixture, which greatly reduces the operation risk.
- Adopt professional welding robot system, high stability and safety.
- System will be start operation after materials fixed and the fence closed. Worker's operation risk almost zero.
