Summary and Challenges

This project aims to develop an intelligent system to automatically detect abnormalities in A/C plants such as water leakage, abnormal vibration, inaccurate sensors, overheating of equipment and damage of insulation via pattern identification of CCTV images.

The intelligent system would help identify abnormalities earlier. As such, protection and rectification work can be done earlier to mitigate loss. In addition, the system would also cut down the workload in monitoring the A/C plant.

Expected Outcome

To develop a system to automatically detect abnormalities in A/C plants via pattern identification
