Summary and Challenges HKPost would like to have a robot which can communicate with customers at post offices by answering postal enquiries. The robot can also serve for the purpose of publicity and public education. If possible, the robot can dispatch forms or other printed materials to serve the customers.
Expected Outcome The robot shall have interactive functions (e.g .shake hands) with people which can serve the purpose of publicity and public education. Other functions described in the Project Summary and Challenges shall aslo be included.
Expected Trial Duration The timeframe required is in FY20/21.
