Customs officers need to walk around the cargo terminal to select target cargoes for examination during daily operation. By using the Smart Porter, it could assist officers to carry heavy objects (like cargo, parcel or examination tools) and to automatically follow officers walking around the terminal for cargo selection. The Smart Porter should be able to perform agile movement as the working environment in Cargo Terminal is full of obstacles.
Expected Outcome
To help lifting and conveying heavy objects during the course of Customs cargo clearance within Cargo Terminal.
