"Motorcycle detection" is one of the major measures for parking vacancy management, unlike vehicle, motorcycle cannot stand still exactly on top of the geomagnetic sensors and stimulate enough magnet field changes. We are searching for innovative I&T solution which could help for detecting the present of motorcycles. The solution shall be able to identify motorcycles to exceptions like traffic cone or carton box, and convert the result of occupied motorcycle lot into a number/digits for low data rate transmission.

1. The solution is preferred to adopt LPWAN technologies (i.e. LoRa, Sigfox, NB-IoT) in the result transmission.
2. The solution shall be non-camera based.
3. The sensing devices shall identify motorcycle with/without rain cover.
4. The sensing devices shall identify motorcycle to exceptions like traffic cones, rubbish bin or carton box.
5. The result shall be converted to a number or count for data transmission.
6. The solution shall interface with 3rd party platforms/systems for data sharing.
7. (Optional) The sensing devices shall identify different types of motorcycles.
