Summary and Challenges A meeting minute is an essential document that records the bullet points and follow-up actions during the discussion. However, most meeting minutes are now taken manually and some details may be missing. To shorten the preparation time and increase the accuracy, this project aims to adopt a meeting minute generating system which equips Natural Language Processing (NLP) and ChatGPT to assist.
Expected Outcome
  • Able to identify and capture spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin from an uploaded audio record during a meeting and convert into written Chinese and English text file
  • Able to identify different speakers
  • Equip NLP function and Chat GPT to summarize key points and output meeting minute based on given template and meeting agenda
  • User interface for files upload and minute export
  • Support Cloud Base or On-premises
  • Support Data encryption or masking to achieve privacy protection
