  • When using the BIM model for pre-handover inspection, you can mark up comments in the model for follow-up by the project team, but the mark up comments in the BIM model cannot be downloaded to the smart glasses, so colleagues cannot use the smart glasses to view the previous mark up comments on site, you need to print them out and take them to follow up on site, which affects work efficiency. It is recommended to continue to explore and improve.
Expected Outcome
  • The mark-up comments / footnote in the BIM model can be directly assessed through the Hololens, so that colleagues no need to print those comments out from the model and bring along with them during site inspection. This saves paper and increase work efficiency.
  • To do list benefits :
    • Identify critical tasks for project team's follow up
    • Capture the 'before" and "after" image for comparison, assist the team trace the record of rectification works
