Summary and Challenges

Semantic AI has been proven to enhance efficiency and promote sustainable solutions in smart buildings. However, there is limited resources related to semantic model in market.
To achieve city level management and drive AI development in E&M industry, an AI tool is needed to create knowledge graph automatically from designed data source like Building Information Modelling (BIM) and integrated Building Management System (iBMS).

Expected Outcome

Develop an AI tools with the following functions:
- Acquire data from designated database or schematic drawings;
- Capture the relationships among different components and measurements in BIM and iBMS using Brick Schema
- Create knowledge graph in TTL file format
