Overview

EMSD Chatbot is a smart office automation tool to enhance the efficiency of colleagues' daily operations. It is developed on the XinChuang private cloud, utilizing large language models (LLMs) and integration with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology. It provides accurate and contextually relevant responses to domain-specific and professional inquiries. It supports the creation of customized Knowledge Bases tailored to operational and business needs. More case-specific assistants will be developed to handle particular enquires and streamline workflows.

Problem Addressed With the increasing volume and complexity of daily tasks, there is a growing need for a more efficient and intelligent solution to support staff operations. Current online LLM applications are limited in their ability to access internal or up-to-date information, often resulting in generic or inaccurate responses that fail to meet the requirements of technical and professional inquiries. There is also a need for an assistant that can be tailored to individual workflows, enabling faster information retrieval. Moreover, restricted information shall be maintained in a secure IT environment.
