| Solution Feature |
- Smart operations management and analytics solution that enables timely collection, analysis and dissemination of operations information, using mobile, IoT, AI and Big Data technologies. Below are the 3 key components.
- 1st Component: SENSE - a AI deep learning and object detection powered video analytics system, to analyze the video streams from the cameras.
- 2nd Component: MANAGE - a data streaming platform to connect SENSE, MANAGE, ACT, and other external IoT sensors / systems for data processing and control. A command dashboard is also available for administrators.
- 3rd Component: ACT - solution can also be integrated with other external systems via the API provided, in order to provide real-time information and instant operations response to other external systems

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Step 1: On-site examination of monitoring area for new camera installation or adjust the angle of existing cameras
- Step 2: Collect video footages of targeted area for AI solution training purpose
- Step 3: Deploy the trained AI solution to FEHD's local servers
- Deliverable 1: Operate dashboard for FEHD staffs for real-time, hourly and daily number of people and profile information
- Deliverable 2: Operate alert system to notify FEHD staffs if number of people exceeds pre-defined threshold
