| Solution Feature |
- We provide the end to end unique solution including mobile app, GPS tracker, RAK solar-powered Lora gateway and backend data visualization system
- The Mobile app (iOS and Android) and the GPS tracker is based on a mature product but it can be customised to suit the specific hiking use cases.
- When the tracker is paired via Bluetooth with mobile phone, the user can send text messages to the cloud platform.
- The cloud application platform can process the location data and time stamp and display on dashboard.
- The cloud platform support geofencing, if the user pressed SOS button, the location data and use text message will be sent to emergency control center.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Standalone mode: user carry the GPS tracker to country park and check the location accuracy and time accuracy on dashboard (within 5m accuracy)
- Enhanced mode: pair the GPS tracker with mobile phone（no mobile signal) via BT, use mobile app to send text message to another mobile / cloud platform
- Enhanced mode: even the GPS tracker is out of the Lora range (offline mode), the user can view the GPS location from the mobile app
- Set a geofence via the dashboard on the platform, if the user is out of geofence, or pressed SOS button, the dashboard will display alarm and send the user location data, time stamp and user text message to an external terminal or email address.
