Solution Feature	Automatic lighting and HVAC control to achieve energy saving. Fridge door monitoring and power outlet monitoring prevent improper situation unattended. Fail safe door lock unlock in case of fire alarm signal or power failure. Touchless occupancy detection minimizes items to be disinfected. QR code supports walk-in staff without booking or guest in case of vacancy.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome	Wireless IoT sensors minimize time & cost required for wiring and conduit . HVAC will be activated 5 mins before the reservation for convenience sake. Automatic HVAC & lighting switch off controlled by occupancy sensor to achieve energy saving. Reservation system allows users to reserve available time slot in non-peak hour, hence reducing waiting time during peak-hour.
