- Identify and track the baggage being mistakenly picked up
- An indoor positioning system is necessary to help looking up and trace the baggage within the baggage reclaim hall
- Sensor Tag enhanced with AI Visual Analytics will be combined to use to track the precise position
- Identify and trace the baggage and passenger who has taken the baggage
- Airport staff were expected to receive push notification in their portable whenever the baggage was passing
