Solution Feature
  • Hyker carry very small and light weight LoRaWAN enabled tracker. This device periodically send uplink LoRaWAN packet with location information to the application.
  • The device equip with SOS button which generates the alert to administrator. The application can send the alert to the hyker with buzzer and/or LED using geo-fencing setting.
  • The web based management capability allow the administrator to send alert to the hyker and obtain necessary location information generated by the device.
  • The device rechargeable battery last about 5 days usage (depending on the usage). We provide the charging station which you can charge 25 devices at the same time
  • No need to use smartphone location information which reduce the time to set up for each hyker and can be used for old people and small child which do no carry smart phones.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • Lab trial. Set up all the devices and LoRaWAN network server to make sure the entire system is working as expected. Test all the features required.
  • Field trial. Make sure the target are is covered with LoRaWAN. Let the hyker to carry the devices and make sure all the features will be working as expected.
  • Make sure the battery last as expected and make sure the operation (communication to the hyker, how to carry the device, return, instructions, charging) is smooth.
  • Create full report towards the "commercial service". (point of improvement, feedback from hykers, suggestions)
