  • To provide a solution which does not require any modification to the existing water feed pipe and its thermal insulation.
  • The technology is able to generate a specially designed voltage waveform into the water disregards the piping material and water flow speed by means of electromagnetic induction.
  • The induced electric field in water promote the crystallization of calcium carbonate in water instead of on the boiler tube surface, thus enhance the steam boiler efficiency which results into energy saving.
  • The operating parameters of steam boiler including fuel consumption, steam production, fresh water make-up and water blow down are monitored and analysed for the performance of steam boiler efficiency

  • To deploy an electromagnetic induction device on steam boiler system in a hospital
  • To install required measurement device for M&V process
  • To analyse the energy efficiency of steam boiler system before and after the use of electromagnetic induction technology
