- In order to reduce the number of people waiting in line when handling business, reduce the risk of germ transmission, improve service quality, establish a good company/organization image
- Using cloud system processing, real-time monitoring of the flow of people in multiple different offices and make the most effective decision
- Use big data to analyze the queue status and calculate the approximate waiting time for each category item
- Using multimedia touch screen monitor and mobile phone APP, people can pick up the queue number on mobile phone or pick up the physical queue ticket on the physical monitor

Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Assigned Suitable location in the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department for hardware installation (hardware includes touch screen, mobile phone, computer)
- Set up cloud architecture
- Expected results include the ability to pick up the number on site and PP from the mobile phone. The background data can be monitored in the cloud anywhere.
- Expected project completion about 4-6 months
