- Augmentation of AGPS and GPS, for a more accurate and dead zone free speed monitoring system
- Customized applications based on Andriod and/or iOS to alert drivers and administrators/station captains of possible speeding
- Administrators Could set speed limits for pre-defined parts of track at any moment, based on actual conditions on the ground
- With data gathered, the machine learning model could recommend predicted speed limits

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Fitting and testing could be carried out on 1 tram on each line before multiple are deployed at the same time
- Speed indicated on our AGPS/GPS system could be periodically checked at various points against a speed gun
- Data gathered from the first 2 trams (1 for each tram line), could be used to refine accuracies
- Thereafter, our machine learning model could be applied to predict possible speed limits according to different situations
- An effective speed alert system should result
