| Solution Feature |
- In current project, an automatic serial sterilization system for public library books will be developed.
- The system consists of conveyor system and a self-developed sterilization chamber for continuous book sterilization.
- Ozone and Ultra-violet (UVC) will be adopted to maximize the sterilization effect to not only to the covers but part of interior of the books.
- The proposed doesn’t not require refilling disinfectant regularly for simple maintenance.
- The sterilization effect will be tested and certified by third-party laboratory.

- The proposed sterilization system handles higher volume books
- The propose system adopts Ozone and UVC to reduce the active bacteria and virus on the books and protect the next reader
- Liquid disinfectant is NOT used and therefore no drying process is required resulting in shorter sterilization cycle.
- Special designed fixture fits books with different sizes for sterilization process.
- The system will be certified by third-party lab. The result will be available on third-party’s website.
