Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- The inspection equipment shall be able to monitor the designated infrastructure section when the passenger train is travelling at high speed and in the environment with insufficient lighting
- A 3D point cloud model of the designated railway infrastructure section will be generated
- The AI models for railway infrastructure inspection
- The issues and abnormalities in the designated railway section can be identified by the developed AI models.
- The results and experience obtained from this trial project can be used in the full scale deployment of this smart inspection system in the whole railway infrastructure
