- The system will be utilizing NLP technologies to extract specific data through keywords into a structured format for subsequent handling for the purpose of prediction training.
- The system should be able to compare new predictions with past records and generate a confidence score for operator/engineer reference.
- The system will be able to provide a reminder of the inventory level for the operator/engineer reference.
- The system should be able to fulfil the intelligent procurement plans in accordance to Store Procurement Regulation.
- The solution shall be able to analyze the data in existing Corporate Computer System.

Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Achieve data correlation among vehicle models, types and frequency of maintenance activities, replacement of spare parts
- Employ just-in-time (JIT) procurement strategy to improve the inventory turnover rate and minimize the inventory hoarding in the warehouse.
- Avoid shortage of spare parts to repair the vehicles.
- Enhance the operation efficiency on spare parts procurement and planning by forecasting the demands of different spare parts.
- Develop an ever-improving prediction model.
