Aerial drone can reach tight spaces such as alleys between buildings Onboard thermal camera is used to detect presence of water accumulation on unit surface Can be used in low lighting condition as the camera detects infrared energy
Trial Application and Expected Outcome	Identify dripping outdoor A/C units with greater efficiency and accuracy as compared to traditional methods. Able to capture photo and video to allow for evidence documentation and retention. Maintain building occupant privacy when thermal camera is used.
