Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • First, we would need to understand what are the incidents and key information that the end-users need to cover.
  • Leverage speech-to-text (STT) technologies, which supports mixed language and auto-language detection capabilities, to transcribe users’ natural voice input to text.
  • Send the text to for analysis which leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology to automatically classify the incident types and tag useful information.
  • The application sends the transcript and analysis results central management office for up-to-date incident and details.
  • If needed, leverage machine learning to improve STT and NLP accuracy for special domain or acoustic environment
