- Speaker Identification algorithms that can differentiate between multiple speakers in the meeting
- NLP and ChatGPT Summarisation by analysing the transcribed text, extracting and summarising key points based on the provided meeting agenda.
- Intuitive User web-based interface for uploading audio files and exporting generated meeting minutes.
- Deployment will use cloud architecture to support the solution, with a 99.95% SLA. The system will incorporate data encryption and masking techniques.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Will using the ChatGPT and NLP to generate a required format meeting minutes in into written Chinese and English text file;
- The Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) will be able to identify and capture spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin and provide the scripts;
- Administrator can upload the voice recording and the required meeting minutes template in the Content Management System (CMS) portal;
- Administrator can download the meeting minutes in written Chinese and English text file in the Content Management System (CMS) portal;
