- Our self-developed OCR model can recognize both printed and hand-written text in Chinese and English
- Our OCR model has been fine-tuned to accurately extract common data fields such as addresses and numbers
- Our OCR model has achieved accuracy rates of over 85% for hand-written texts and over 95% for typed texts
- We apply state-of-the-art NLP techniques such as entity tagging and classification to accurately classify training certificates
- We have successfully implemented of the Lift and Escalator Reportable Incident System (LERIS) for EMSD

- Classify application forms and training certificates automatically
- Capture all required data fields from the predefined application forms
- Capture all required data fields from the training certificates
- Detect all required objects on site photos: the system will be able to detect and identify objects in site photos
- Implement a user-friendly user interface that allows trade applicants to submit their information and a backend system
