  • Customized chemical structure, coolant is compatible to different computer components
  • A standalone operating system to dissipate the heat from the workstation to the environment, no additional high performing air-conditioning system is required
  • Patent is under application, the chemical structure showed high thermal physical performances
  • Coolant with high dielectric performance, non-toxic, no flash point and non-flammable properties
  • Monitoring system can be integrated to monitor the performance, thermal dissipation and power consumption
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • Develop an immersion cooling prototype for computer workstation, 2 set of system will be provided with 1 system as control experiment (equipped with motherboard, CPU, display card, SSD, etc.)
  • A standalone system with no additional air conditioning system is required for cooling (heat exchange will be conducted in the chiller to the working environment)
  • No less than 10kg coolant with detailed technical specification will be provided
  • An operating guideline will be provided
  • Performance study, power consumption study and thermal profile study on coolant system will be conducted for 6 months after system operate
