Solution Feature |
- A long-range camera and artificial intelligence will be used for distance measurement. Using methods such as binocular ranging or TOF based on artificial intelligence to calculate the distance and speed between target and long-range camera will effectively improve the calculation accuracy of the distance and speed of the ship.
- Applying NIR and Infrared lens, object recognition is more accurate and the target can be tracked at a relatively long distance by using the target detection method from artificial intelligence under adverse weather.
- The platform can link to multiple data in an intelligent way. The platform can obtain multi-party data such as the Meteorological Bureau and the Maritime Safety Administration, combined with different data to make certain early warnings for special conditions such as adverse weather, and notify the administrator in time.
- Intelligent alarms will be generated based on abnormal situations. The platform will detect situations such as bad weather, unstable ships and personal accidents, and send instant warnings to venue attendants and lifeguards when they occur. The platform will provide an instant backtracking function to quickly understand the specific situation.
- A data analysis platform will be established for this project that will summarize the key items such as regional flow, weather conditions, etc. into charts for site managers to quickly view and analyze. A database will be provided which allows the end users to access the data via API.

Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Intelligent detection of a variety of abnormal behaviors - For special situations such as excessive speed of the ship, ship rollover, and pedestrian drowning, artificial intelligence can be used to intelligently identify and issue warnings.
- Area-specific monitoring - For a specific area, the autonomous configuration of alarm rules can be realized. For example, the alarm rules for site users in the area to deviate from the site can be set by the administrator.
- Area personnel monitoring - Users of canoes, boats and windsurfing in the area will be monitored, and the specific situation of each individual will be monitored in real time to determine whether they need assistance.
- Multi-dimensional data analytics - Venue attendants can visualize the statistical data of the designated area through the platform chart, and assist in the analysis based on past data. During the project, design Plan and final Report will be provided as the deliverables for formal record.
- Intelligent monitoring of object speed and distance - The distance and speed of objects in the area are calculated by artificial intelligence, which can achieve high accuracy and real-time tracking.
