  • Use OCR, CV and other AI technologies to recognize content in scanned e-tender documents and intelligently correct errors. Use NLP to process the text into a structured form and store in database.
  • Users of the System can query, analyze and manage the parsed data according to their limits of access right.
  • It can support various formats of documents, various types of table layouts, printed and handwritten text capture, various image quality, can support mixed languages, mixed modes (printed and handwritten), and can correct human and arithmetic errors.
  • An Intelligent e-Tender Report System includes OCR engine, NLP engine and DB. Technical specifications: Chinese and English recognition accuracy exceeds 95%; table information restoration accuracy exceeds 95%.
  • Provide a localized engine to train the system and improve accuracy based on customers' own data.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • The customer provides real data, and our company provides a locally deployed isolation system(no internet connection) for customers to conduct the trial. All data is encrypted and stored to ensure data security.
  • Localized annotation for customers' existing scanned documents and fine-tuning training on existing engines to improve recognition and parsing accuracy.
