Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Research and select one or more representative air conditioning systems, study the pressure loss distribution in the ventilation ducts and the specific correlation with the system energy consumption, and measure and analyze the noise spectrum characteristics of the system.
- In view of the pressure loss distribution of the pipelines in the air conditioning system, optimization is carried out from a fluid perspective, combined with simulation, to design and adjust parameters such as the position, shape and size of the pipelines and mufflers
- Integrating the noise spectrum of the air conditioning system and the optimized design parameters of the fluid, through finite element simulation and genetic optimization algorithms, the absorption spectrum of the acoustic metamaterial is customized to achieve a noise reduction effect that meets the requirements within a limited size.
- Verify and confirm the absorption performance of the designed and produced acoustic metamaterials through acoustic impedance tube testing and relevant ISO standard testing.
- Using the real usage scenario environment, while maintaining the equipment output and ventilation duct noise reduction effect, the overall energy consumption under the traditional noise reduction duct material (solution) and the acoustic metamaterial solution was tested and compared.
