| Solution Feature |
- This is a direct driven EC plug fan with spiral shaped guide vanes.
- Driven by an EC motor with IE5 (International Efficiency 5), the uniquely designed guide vanes
- Can further boost the efficiency of the centrifugal fan. The advantage of the spiral shaped guide vanes
- Over the standard guide vanes becomes more obvious in the case of a fan wall,
- Where a number of RQM EC plug fans are installed side-by-side in a matrix form.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Setup this fan inside a cabinet to measure the airflow (Q) at different power consumption levels.
- At the same input power, we expect a higher airflow (m3/sec) out of this fan unit than a typical EC plug fan.
