(REF: S-1530)
Matched I&T Wish
Trial Project
Solution Feature
  • Use Ultra-wideband (UWB) real-time technology to quickly obtain the precise real-time location of the elderly and monitor their heart rate.
  • Set designated areas with electronic geofencing to monitor elderly activities. If a patient wearing a wristband-type UWB tag moves beyond the designated coverage area of the UWB base station, an immediate alert will be generated.
  • Record the activities of the elders and retrieve the records of each elder within a specified time for easy tracking.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • A Real Time Location System (RTLS) with UWB infrastructure should be setup for real time positioning with movement history in high precision.
  • The solution should possess real time location technology to enable positioning of elderly in floor plan.
  • The solution should facilitate decision making to pop up event log for elderly regarding their conditions (e.g. SpO2, heartbeat), allowable zone, effectively preventing an instances of patient disappearance or loss within the ward premises.
