  • Flexibility and Maneuverability: The AGV features multiple motion modes, including spot rotation and lateral movement, adapting to complex indoor and outdoor terrains, ensuring the robot's flexibility in navigating diverse areas.
  • Multi-Sensor Integration: Incorporating 3D laser lidar, six-axis robot arm, and depth camera, the AGV accurately detects and recognizes readings from instruments at various angles and heights, achieving a precision rate of over 95%, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Real-Time Data Transmission: Utilizing OCR technology, the robot instantly identifies and records instrument data, synchronously transmitting it to the control center, creating a customized interface and database for real-time monitoring.
  • Efficient Patrol and Autonomous Return: The AGV autonomously completes a 1.5 km patrol route and returns to the charging station within 1.5 hours, ensuring prolonged operation and enhancing inspection efficiency.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • Simulate diverse terrains to assess AGV's flexibility and maneuverability. Expected Outcome: Agile navigation through various terrains, ensuring smooth traversal across different areas.
  • Images of meters are processed using computer vision and OCR for automated data extraction. Expected Outcome: Achieve a recognition rate of over 95%, accurately recording meter readings in an Excel file.
  • Simulate nighttime conditions to evaluate AGV's autonomous navigation and real-time image transmission. Expected Outcome: Clear navigation in dark environments and high-quality real-time image transmission to the control center.
  • Assess AGV's autonomy and efficiency in returning to the charging station. Expected Outcome: Successful return to the charging station within 1.5 hours.
