Blockchain-based AIoT Platform, Sensors and Drones for Facility Health Monitoring

I&T Solution Blockchain-based AIoT Platform, Sensors and Drones for Facility Health Monitoring
(REF: S-1689)
Trial Project
Solution Feature
  • To build a predictive maintenance algorism for elevator by using machine learning and neutral network, reduce maintenance costs, increase reliability and safety of lifts.
  • Monitor the elevator by a system of sensors, analyze real-time data by the installed device, transfer data to the cloud by mobile telecommunication.
  • To provide a cloud-based AI platform which data storage, data management and data analysis, providing data anomaly detection and reports.
  • Use of drones instead of humans for lift shaft inspection.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • To develop an elevator sensor with the functions of lift data acquisition and data organisation and transmission.
  • To develop a predictive maintenance algorithm for lifts, which inputs lift sensor data, identifies the current lift operation status, and calculates the failure probability value of components.
  • To develop a drone lift shaft inspection system to inspect the components in the shaft through cameras and sensors, and to obtain the position information of the sensors in the shaft environment.
  • Upgrade the existing Internet of Things (IoT) platform to accommodate the new sensor and drone system.
  • To develop a lift data management system that receives and stores lift sensor data, generate lift maintenance reports and abnormal alarms for back-office management.
