Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Conduct in-depth research on various subsystems of the building to clarify functions, data flows and interaction methods.
- Develop a unified data interface to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Classify and organize data to form a logical and clear data structure.
- Upload the data to the property management module to provide controller with a visual property management platform where they can view data on various building indicators at any time.
- The system will automatically detect and trigger an alarm notification in time when there is an abnormal event occurs in the building. In addition, it will start the corresponding automated operation and maintenance module.
- Through continuous training of AI algorithms, the automated operation and maintenance level of the system will be gradually improved to realize the intelligence and automation of building management.
