Wall-Climbing Technology-Based Water Tank Cleaning Robot
(REF: S-1837) |
Trial Project |
|
Solution Feature |
- Wall-climbing cleaning robot, utilizing negative pressure adsorption to adhere to the wall of the water tank, clean all the walls of the water tank.
- Use rolling brush, high-pressure water jet, and sludge suction for cleansing.
- Remote or automatic motion control, can automatic route planning and navigation.
- To reduce the frequency of worker’s working inside the tank, to reduce manpower from 3 into 1 for daily operation, to reduce long-term operation cost.
|
Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- The R&D unit has rich experience in robot development and will assign personnel with over 15 years of experience to oversee the project's development, execution, and management.
- Negative pressure adsorption, spatial scanning, and positioning/navigation technologies have been verified in other robots, so their application in water tank cleaning carries relatively low technical risk.
- The project will adopt a fast iteration approach to development, ensuring sufficient cycles of manufacturing, testing, and improvement.
- The trial will be conducted in a controlled water tank environment, with at least one safety personnel present to ensure the safety of the trial process.
- The project will be commercialized after successful trials, aiming to attract more customers and continuously improve the design while reducing costs.
