(REF: S-1855) |
Trial Project |
|
Solution Feature |

- Multiple Operation modes: Manual, Semi-automatic and Fully Automatic
- Robust: work stably in strong wind condition
- Long Battery life: enough for at least one round trip of traveling for a 15 meters masts
- Climb over the projected flange
|
Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Climbing: Use the motor carried by the robot itself to drive the robot to climb up and down fully automatically/semi-automatically/manually. The battery is enough for at least one round trip.
- Real-time observation: Use the four cameras carried by the robot to cover the entire range of the mast, collect high-definition picture/video data, and transmit it back to the staff in real time
- AI recognition: deep neural network to identify defects on the mast surface, such as rust, peeling paint, cracks, etc.
- Rust removal: Using the circular guide rail equipped with the robot itself, the laser repair instrument moves and removes the identified rust.
- Paint touch-up: Using the circular guide rail equipped with the robot itself, the spray gun moves and sprays paint on the identified peeling paint areas for repair.
