- The system is developed based on YOLOv8 framework together with edge computation platform.
- The AI model is able to perform human face blurring function in order to protect privacy.
- The system able to identify rules violation and provide notification for situation such as area infringement, waterway obstruction or fire etc.
- The system utilizes self-developed innovative visual speed measurement algorithm.
- Other than statistic data charts the web-based user interface is able to provide graphical typhoon shelter map which is more user friendly.

Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- The system implementation plan includes four stages: Hardware installation setup, Software environment setup, Core functions realization and testing, System integration and testing & commissioning.
- Hardware installation setup stage cover on-site camera installation, computational platform setup, network setup.
- Software environment setup stage comprise operation system, drivers and dependent libraries installations and related optimization configuration.
- Core functions realization and testing divided into objects identifying, objects tracking, area monitoring, speed calculation, warning trigger and data visualization. Testing will carry out unit by unit.
- System integration will combine all function modules, verify data flow operation and reliability. Testing & commissioning will be carried out by checklist.
