| Solution Feature |
- Our patented technology--Smart Dimming Film integrates photovoltaic glass (BIPV) represents a fusion of architectural design and renewable energy applications.
- Each photovoltaic glass panel (BIPV) has a max. size of 1.92 m² (1.6mL × 1.2mW; weight 30 kg) and is typically installed using a framed mounting system.
- It can fully replace traditional glass, offering superior cooling, waterproofing, soundproofing performance. It also features adjustable light transmission and color.
- Via BIPV to generate into electricity, supporting HK's national target of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 and facilitates renewable energy feed-in tariff scheme.
- We are currently collaborating with leading university research teams to continuously develop and optimize these green building technologies.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- We propose a three-month pilot installation of our BIPV. Use four panels (each 1.92 m²), installed using a framed structure, with the site provided by EMSD.
- Absorbs sunlight and ambient light; BIPV generates direct current through the photovoltaic effect; an inverter converts both currents (generating electricity).
- Through the FAR Incentive Scheme, developers can be encouraged to adopt energy-efficient building designs. BIPV can also be incorporated into Ordinance etc.
- We recommend a pilot project; forming a cross-departmental task force; promoting public awareness through exhibitions and industry seminars.
- The government to introduce policy incentives that foster collaboration among developers, power companies and the public, to create a win-win-win outcome.
