- Develop AI model for chiller plant / air side unit optimization based on the data
- Data analysis and “heat mapping” for the air distribution control / air balancing at difference zone

- Upgrade the CCTV with video analytics capability
- Conduct mechanic learning when data is available
- Trial data-based control logic
- Fine tune the logic based on ongoing data to reduce HVAC energy use
- Construct "heat map" model to show level of crowdedness
