| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Produce 515×1040 mm² manhole prototypes at HKUST and Hong Kong Science Park labs via pilot platform.
- Conduct accelerated aging per IEC 61215 to verify 3000h performance under Hong Kong’s climate.
- Install prototypes at EMSD-designated roads; test for 2 months to monitor power-sensor compatibility.
- Commission HKAS for electrical/slip/fire safety certifications to meet Hong Kong road standards.
- Standardize parameters and use automated equipment to control batch errors for stable module production.
